接著就開始得失心太重，

就開始鬱悶，

就開始感到自責，

或是讓對方小小的失望，
就感到罪惡感，
到底有沒有這麼嚴重，
有沒有需要如此嚴重的得失心，

其實真的不該太在意，
也不該看得太重，
人生路上有太多的事情，
需要去面對，
等待去解決，
假如每件事情都看得那麼重，
只會讓自己感到沉重...

輕鬆看待每件事情，
但是全力以赴，
不要想太多，
但是都很重視，
這樣或許才是現代人，
在不得到憂鬱症，
很重要的方式與方法。
