而後者，
則是另一種值得探討的狀況，
因為有這種症狀的人，
一方面也有可能不是“恨”，
而是捨不得，
而另一方面，
他們往往不知道，
自己一切種種的作為與說法，
其實是出自於“恨”，
因為很愛，因為捨不得，
很容易演變成“內化的恨”，
然後開始做一些歹戲拖棚的無聊事情，
使得最後對方也開始產生厭惡的感覺，
有時候，
當自己的詭計達成，
或是做得無聊事情開始發酵，
才突然驚覺，
不知道自己在做什麼？！
傷害了對方，
也不自覺得也讓自己受傷..

當你很愛一個人，
分離時，
難免會捨不得；
當你付出了很多，
最後的結果卻不如意，
難免會心理不平衡，
但這樣的不愉快，
沒有必要成為了報復的原動力，
畢竟不好的回憶永遠比不上曾經的美好，
事過境遷，
假若腦中對於某人的回憶只有難堪，
那也不見得是好事情，
