如何拒絕別人，而不至於太傷人，
這是一個大家都想知道的事情，

所以，
特別應觀眾要求，
寫了這篇文章，
希望能夠跟大家分享一下，
有關於我的想法，
以及我給予的建議，

不過，
話雖如此，
一開始，
我還是要很真實的，
很誠懇的，
也很坦白的跟你說，
這幾乎是不可能的，

無論是如何婉轉的拒絕人，
只要是拒絕就會有傷害，
只要拒絕就必定會受傷，
除非對方聽不懂，
除非對方真的很不在意，
否則就算只有一點點的在意，
還是會有種失落，
有種因為生活改變、
或者是佔有慾所引發的傷害與落差，
沒有愛都已經有這麼強烈的感覺了，
如果還有愛的話，
則必定是傷上加傷了，

所以，我們應該要做得是，
『如何讓傷害降到最低』
無論是自己的傷害，
或者是別人的傷害，

你可能會產生一個疑問：
拒絕別人，自己還會受傷喔？！
確實，拒絕別人的人，
也可能會受到傷害，
可能是自己的反作用力，
造成心理的負擔，
可能是別人的說嘴，
也可能是被拒絕人的反擊，
所以要特別小心處理，

而該『如何讓傷害降到最低』？
第一個，要夠俐落直接，
拒絕人最忌誨反覆
一下好，一下又不好，
一下不好，又一下好，
這會讓人的心情上上下下，
當抱持著期待的時候，
又突然落空，
傷害必然會大增....

第二個，要循序漸進，
這就像是如果前一秒還在雲端上，
後一秒卻突然調到地獄，
那麼那樣的痛苦之情，
將不言而喻，
所以，
最理想的狀態，
則是一點一點的，
從雲端，開始降到地面，
然後再到地底，
可能會讓傷害稍微減低，
也是比較好的處理方式，

第三個，則是要講清楚，
話要將清楚，
做什麼事情，
最怕講得不清不楚，
結果搞得當事人不知道你的意思，
這也是會造成事情的複雜化，
甚至是傷害的擴大，

基本上，
其實降低傷害的方法，
應該還有第四個、第五個、第六個，
甚至還有更多的更多的方法，
只要能讓目的達成，
能讓當事的雙方，
都能受到最小的傷害，
並且儘快走出那樣受傷害的心情，
那麼我想，
那個方法，就將會是最好的方式。
