人一可憐，就會生出愛意，
忘記從哪裡悟出這個道理，

但人們確實常常將憐憫之情，
誤認為愛情，
也常常因為自己可憐，
因為自己不順軟弱的時候，
而找到一個寄託，
找到一個願意給自己溫暖與倚靠的人，
而產生某些情愫，
但偏偏這樣的情愫，
卻未必屬於戀愛，

而另一方面，
也確實會因為憐憫一個人，
而把憐憫的感覺，產生了憐愛，
以為出現了戀愛，
出現了真實的愛情，
而想照顧對方，哄對方開心，
這樣確實是常常趁虛而入的標準狀況，
但產生的情感，
卻未必是真實的愛情，

所以我說：
『人一可憐，就會生出愛意。』
因此下次有這樣的情形，
請在憐愛與愛意慢慢出現，
慢慢累積的狀況下，
還是要張開眼睛，
想辦法理性的思考，
理性的判斷，
兩人是否真的適合.....
