那天在看雜誌，
無意中發現了這段話，
才知道，
原來最近的我，
確實有些改變，
而這些改變，
則是來自於內在的深處，

因為，
我們專注的去玩自己喜歡的東西，
因為我們專注的創作，
而專注，也就引領了我們，
走到了無邊無際的內在深處，
讓我們發現，
那些我們的曾經，
那些過往的沉澱。

這是我近日，
寫文章後的體悟，
也因為這樣的沉澱與專注，
心靈上找到某種平靜，
也讓我得到許多，
愛情路上的不順的你，
要不要也來寫些東西？
