不知道大家是怎樣的人？
我覺得每一個人身上，都會被貼上很多的標籤，
有些是自己貼的，有些是別人貼的，
有些是顯而易見的標籤，
有些則內化在體內，要了解之後才會發現，
像是樂觀、積極、活潑、外向之類的，
還有誠實、聰明、心機重等等，

而其中，
我一直覺得，
沒有信心跟沒安全感，
是貼在我身上的兩張大標籤，

不過有趣的是，
我被人貼上有信心的標籤於外，
但是近身了解，
才可能發現沒信心的一面，
沒安全感更是很難輕易發現，
但這兩個大標籤，
卻時時刻刻的影響著我的生活，

沒信心是個常常遇到問題時，
容易影響自己的變數，
但這都還是好掌握，
畢竟我是“懸崖學”的信奉者，
我會逼迫自己去更加進步，
逼迫自己主動去做些事情，
即使我根本不愛的，

但是沒安全感的問題，
就是比較難以處理的，
它來無影去無蹤，
常常在深夜探身，
讓人感到失落，
也讓人不愉快，
似乎也沒有完全根治的方法，
曾經，
想過這的毛病怎麼而來，
也曾經嘗試著分析自己，
雖然不確定原因為何？！
但至少也知道，
該怎麼樣治療......

沒有主題，
沒有原因，
只是喃喃的自語著。
