要等大蒜煮爛才能把洋蔥丟下去。
煮菜的時候，
每一個步驟，
除了要拿捏好火侯跟口味，
更重要的是時間點，
油熱了沒？菜悶了沒？
味道入了沒？大蒜煮爛了沒？
一定要拿捏的剛剛好，
這道菜，才會煮得好，
也才會夠好吃，
色香味俱全的一道菜，
才是好的表現。
其實這句話，
是某天傍晚，
Mr. Big對Carrie說的一段話，
很令人玩味吧..
很多事情，
其實不該太趕，也不能太不急，
要找到那個最剛好的時間點，
把菜色丟下去，
才會端出好的結果，
不然就算有最好的材料，
可能也只會因為煮得不好，
而做出失敗的料理。
我很不會拿捏，
所以我不是好的廚師。
我很喜歡下面這個樂團的主唱 Rob Thomas，
出過個人專輯，也跟Santana 合唱過 Smooth ，
然後拿下多項大獎。
