多年前，
有部電影叫做往日柔情 For Love of Tha Game ，
故事中介紹一名美國職棒的王牌投手，
由於年紀已大，
又曾經受傷，
而在面臨選擇退休之時，
交往多年女友提出分手的故事，

嚴格來說，
這同樣是部有美好結果，
劇情起伏的標準好萊塢電影，
但不同的是，
其中其實蘊藏了許多細膩的感情處理，
讓人可以細細品味，
好好的感受，
甚至共鳴至自己過往的經驗上。

片中，
女主角曾經跟男主角如此說道：
「球場、你跟棒球的配合，
　就是個精采的比賽，
　你根本不需要我，
　你要有棒球就夠了。」

這是一個頗令人醒思的觀點，
每個人，其實都有自己專注的工作，
自己喜愛的興趣，
當自己太過於投入這項事務，
也常常讓自己的另一半或是身邊的人，
有種被忽略冷落的感覺，
那是一種沒有被擺到第一優先的失望，

但其實人都需要彼此，
不可能有某人不需要另一個人，
只是我們需要的形式不同，
我們可以認真工作，
但我們仍然需要感情、需要愛情、需要親情，需要友情，
我們可以是個宅男，
一天到晚上網，對動慢著迷，
但我們仍然也有親人、有家人、甚至有情人，

我們可以熱衷投入於某個事務上，
但這不代表我們不需要朋友，
不需要戀人，也不需要家人，

『我們都需要彼此，
　只是需要的形式不同。』

當事人都很了解，
只是旁邊的人未必發現，
當事人都是如此，
只是當下，他不知道該怎麼說，
也只是當下，他沒有發現，
其實，
他不可能一個人，
他仍然需要愛情、友情、親情，

『我們都需要彼此，
