你會煎荷包蛋嗎？

首先，
你必須先挑一顆蛋，
通常蛋會略呈橢圓形，
大顆的有可能雙蛋黃， 小顆的就是一般的單一蛋黃，
找到蛋之後， 要再找一個桌角，
或是桌邊， 他要夠堅硬，
還要夠明顯，
這樣打下去才清脆， 也才便捷，

打下去的力量， 其實也是個學問，
因為太用力，蛋黃跟蛋白會流出來，
但是太小力，蛋卻又沒反應， 一定要剛剛好，
蛋才會出現夠明顯又好看的裂痕，
這時只要用輕輕一壓蛋殼，
內容物就這麼流出來，
就可以在鐵板或平底鍋上進行煎製的過程，

如果你運氣夠好，
你可以拿到一顆有漂亮蛋黃的荷包蛋，
但這樣的蛋黃就不能太熟，
相對的如果太熟，
但就變一個平面，
有點像麥當當公司的早餐，
只是一個平面的蛋。

兩種蛋， 其實都有人吃，
但是有蛋黃的太陽蛋，
比較美觀，
也通常比較討喜，
喜歡吃荷包蛋的人，
通常選這個比較不熟，
但是很漂亮的太陽蛋。

人們總是說，
要先互相了解，
才能夠在一起，
也才適合在一起，
但卻有人問我，

「不熟的人，有機會變成情人嗎？」

其實這有時候是理論與實務的問題，
不熟的人，
可能彼此不了解對方的個性與習慣，
在一起相處後，
可能反而覺得不合適而離開，
但正因為彼此的不熟，
而增添了一些吸引力，

相對的，
如果太熟，
知道了彼此是個什麼樣的人，
卻可能因此失去了朦朧美，
也失去了去追求的熱情，
因為彼此已經成了好朋友。


「不熟，才有機會變成情人？！」

兩種蛋，都有人吃，
兩種情況，都有可能成為情人，
只是不熟，
多了份朦朧美，
但是只要喜歡，
管她是熟與不熟，
行動了再說，

先找到了那顆蛋，
在去考慮熟與不熟的問題吧 !!
