　當我長大以後，
　我一直想學會看電視影集，
　但是不知道為什麼這些American片，
　我總是需要花點時間，
　才能看得下去，

不像日劇、港劇、偶像劇、花系列，這麼樣的好入口，
能夠馬上讓我看得下去，
直到了"六人行 friends"我才開始鎖定觀賞，
這也是我第一部喜歡上的影集，
而她的美式幽默，實在是太好笑。

而這齣總共播放十年的影集，
有首家喻戶曉的主題曲，
第一次聽到就整個很喜歡，
除了旋律輕快好聽，歌詞的意境也很不錯，

「I'll be there for you 」
一樣的歌名，
不同於Bon Jovi的情歌，
這首歌也可以拿來描述友情，
無論是情人或好友，
總是無怨無悔的陪伴在對方的身邊，
無論這是個怎樣的一天，
這首歌獻給妳跟你，

獻給每個有來參加我生日啪替，祝福我生日的每一個你，
也獻給每個生日的你跟妳，
因為有你們，
讓我覺得，
我很溫暖，我很幸福，我很開心...
